Bring a quilt you've completed recently or a cherished handmade piece to display.
Simply drop it off the day before your chosen time slot, and we'll handle the rest.
Your quilt will be beautifully showcased for 2 hours with custom signage featuring your name, the quilt pattern, and completion year. No public speaking needed—just let your work inspire others.
It's a wonderful way to celebrate our local talent and connect with fellow quilting enthusiasts who share the same love of the craft.

3 Thing Sale & Silent Auction
Back by popular demand! A retreat favorite by all. Clear out your old and bring in some new! Two sale opportunities you don't want to miss.
Three Thing Sale: Bring up to 3 things you'd like to SELL, tagged with your name and a fixed sale price.
AND/OR
Silent Auction: Bring up to 3 things you'd like to enter into the SILENT AUCTION. Set the beginning bid and we'll do the rest.
There is no fee to participate. 100% of sale proceeds go directly back to you.
Silent Auction: Bidding begins Tuesday at 8:00am and ends Wednesday at 2:00.
3 Thing Sale: Sale starts Wednesday at 3:00pm.
This is a CASH ONLY event. Be prepared to settle up with correct change.
Scissor Sharpening
A retreat favorite! Have your scissors and knives sharpened during the retreat.
Drop off Monday, Pick up Tuesday. Drop off Tuesday, Pick up Wednesday.

Entrance to the retreat venue is through the back of the hotel.
Valet Services
Monday 8am– 10am & Thursday 3pm – 6pm
If you need valet services outside of these times, please let me know in advance so that I can make arrangements for you.

A block of rooms has been reserved for retreat guests.

Parking
$10 per day after 5:00 pm.
Food Policy
Outside food is prohibited inside the venue, unless you’ve booked a room in the hotel.
There are several fabulous restaurant options nearby. Grab a friend and take a well-deserved break.
Retreat Balance
Balance of $150 is due by June 30, 2026.
