Even though the Seller dropped off my order off at the post office, there was no tracking on it until 2 weeks after they shipped it, when it arrived at my towns post office. For 2 weeks, it just looked like the Seller had only printed the label when in reality my package was sitting at the post office in a truck waiting for post office workers (home sick or quarantined) to be able to handle it. The seller was very responsive every time I asked about the package. They went to the post office and found out what happened to my and other packages, always kept me in the loop and was very concerned about my package. The Seller handled the situation that was completely out of their control very well and I’m thrilled that everything worked out. Will absolutely order from them again!
