I have not received confirmation of my order I have not received notification that it has been shipped I have not received a tracking number I have received Zero from this company I am very very disappointed. I feel like I'm being ripped off. Ivan is finally being shipped and is being held in a warehouse somewhere in Florida for the past 2 weeks
